How it works
DAP has an integrated live submission, case tracking and reporting platform called The Portal. This makes doing business with the ClearDebt Group easy, effective, compliant and transparent.
The process made simple.
Where do I start?
Create an account. This only takes a couple of minutes. Please ensure that our email address is in your safe senders list as you will be receiving email confirmation for your account.
Submitting a Case
Login with your username and password and input your client's details. Once the case is created, fill out the required information. Once submitted, we will advise your client on the most suitable options available to them.
How do I know what's happening with a case?
The portal emails case status updates when a case progresses to the next status. The enables you to be kept in the loop and maintain your client relationship at all times.
When do i get paid?
After payment is received from the client, Introducer payments are made on the next 15th of the month.
